Some aspects of optimizing business processes of a largest business entity

The article discusses: issues of optimization of company management, such as the creation of a common service center (SSC) for the purpose of accounting, solving personnel issues, as well as interaction with clients; electronic document management system (EDMS), as a unified corporate information system, which has the functionality of electronic document management and electronic archive of documents; prerequisites and results of the implementation of the EDMS; key implementation objectives and conditions for using electronic document management (EDM); organization of internal and external EDF.
