Some aspects of the technology of forming professional competence in the education of future lawyers

Purpose: Formulation of the problem of forming professional competence of future lawyers and the questions of identification the peculiarities of the notion of professional competence. There is necessary of creating technologies in contemporary educationwhich allow forming definite features of person of future professionals that characterize “professional competence”. The author considers the methodology of creating the pedagogical technology of forming professional competence in the educational process in judicial institute and creating the instruments for realization of the pedagogical technology by the example of using the technology of forming skills of integrative and cognitive individual work.Methods: Dialectics, didactics, philosophical conceptology.Results: Forming skills of integrative and cognitive work may be considered as a possible way of realization the technology of forming professional competence in the educational process in judicial institute. Some results of the experiment allow to judge upon the effectiveness of suggested technology.Discussion: The article is aimed at the conceptualization of the research activities of teachers in judicial institute towards search and approbation of pedagogical technologies to form professional competence of future lawyers which have mobile knowledge and critical intellection to face challenges and make important decisions.
