Some peculiarities of legal regulating of the educational system of Russian Federation

The paper defi nes the notion of the activity of state and non-state structures in the sphere of regulating the matters in the fi eld of education in Russian Federation. The law plays in this process quite a signifi cant role. Diff erent relations in this sphere are refl ected in the paper. They stipulate the possibility and the necessity of regulating of the given problem by diff erent law branches norms. Besides, a number of special proposals concerning the perfection of the content and the character of law regulations in the educational system of R. F is considered in the paper.
