Some prospects for the development of a system of administrative responsibility for offenses encroaching on the information and psychological safety of minors

The article evaluates the current state and defines the prospects for the development of legislation on administrative offenses that protects minors from the adverse effects of malicious information. Proposals are made to optimize certain provisions of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation and supplement administrative and tort legislation with new measures to ensure production. The author analyzes the trend in the development of administrative and tort legislation with the introduction of novelties that ensure the protection of actively developing public relations in the information sphere. One of the main tools for ensuring the information and psychological safety of children is administrative responsibility, which provides for punishment for familiarizing minors with malicious information or for creating the possibility of such familiarization. According to the author, it seems correct to eliminate terminological redundancy, which is characteristic of the objective side of a significant number of administrative offenses in the field under consideration.
