Some legal aspects of the development of the institution of the ombudsman for human rights in Russia

This article is devoted to the consideration of the institution of the Commissioner for Human Rights, its legislative consolidation, as well as the formation and development in the Russian Federation. The main goals and objectives of the existence of the position of the Commissioner for Human Rights are considered, the main functions of his work are described.
