Some issues of legal regulation of state government bodies in the sphere of migration relations

In the article, the author examines legal issues of legal regulation of the work of government bodies in the field of migration. During the study, an institutional analysis of the migration management system was conducted. Recommendations for improving all mechanisms of public administration in the field of migration are presented. Based on the results of the study, the most pressing problems of implementing migration policy were identified.
