Continuous measurement of inorganic glasses viscoelastic properties depending on the temperature

Бесплатный доступ

Nanotest’s software-controlled anti-interference system measures the micro-hardness, the Jung module of the three-component inorganic glass sample, depending on the temperature, from room to 500oC and back in the process of continuous indexing. It is shown that the temperature dependence of the measured values experiences hysteresis, which is probably due to the plastic deformation of the glass sample during the introduction of the diamond indent.
