Введение. Управление средой непрерывного образования требует понимания образовательных потребностей и запросов обучающихся разных категорий. Однако в науке недостаточно исследований, посвященных психологическим аспектам неформального и информального обучения работающих субъектов. Цель исследования - охарактеризовать основные формы обучения, побуждающую и поддерживающую мотивацию, вовлеченность и саморегуляцию обучения у работающих по найму и самозанятых лиц.
