Continuous improvement of the quality management system as factor of successful development of a construction organization

The issue of effective quality management becomes the most urgent for the enterprises due to the development of market economy, tightening of competitive struggle, and increase in consumer requirements to product quality. The article deals with the basics of quality management system, methods and instruments of its continuous improvement. The analysis of internal standards of construction organizations showed that the actual activities within the procedure of management of inappropriate products differ from the regularized one. Recommendations on implementation of the software product in the procedure of management of inappropriate products were developed in order to improve the quality management system. The authors offer to carry out the analysis of discrepancies on the basis of systematization, using such tools as Pareto and Ishi-kawa''s charts, for the purpose of determination of the spheres of activity causing 80% of all discrepancies and eliminating the most essential reasons of their origin.
