Non-stationary cosmological model with Godel type metrics in Einstein-Cartan's theory

Within Einstein-Cartan's theory, a non-stationary cosmological model with rotation, acceleration, and shift with Godel type metrics is constructed. Anisotropic Veysenkhoff fluid, net radiation and a thermal stream are the sources of the model's gravitation. Kinematic and material parameters of the model are calculated.
