The article presents the results of an empirical research of cadets' academic progress due to personality destructiveness. The author compares the results of an empirical research of cadets' personalities both at different stages of their academic progress and of the dismissed students. The article considers the structural peculiarities of destructiveness phenomenon in a number of indices.
