Сontinuous venovenous hemodiafiltration in complex intensive therapy of ICU surgical patients with multi organ failure syndrome

Current study describes results of continuous venovenous hemodiafiltration (CVVHDF) use in intensive therapy of ICU surgical patients with multi organ failure syndrome (MOFS) caused by surgical endotoxicosis. During this study basic biochemical indicators, APACHE II score, endogenous intoxication markers dynamic and mortality level in study group and control group (archive data) were measured. As a result of our study we can conclude that CVVHDF has allowed to reduce mortality and it has effected in positive dynamic of basic biochemical indicators and endogenous intoxication markers in study group of patients.
