Regulatory support for the activities of the EAEU

This scientific article discusses the structures of regulatory legal acts regulating customs legislation in the Eurasian Economic Union as a new international organization of regional economic integration within Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, which determines the formation of the EAEU took place in accordance with the norms of international law and is based on an international treaty, defining legal personality and competence.
