New political economy - the science of world economic system

The article proves the new tools of the theory of political economy, explains the essence of economic relations as a category of a new political economy and defines the ways of development of political economy. A provision is given under which, from what and to what extent we own categorical apparatus of economics, how it is used to analyze the real processes of economic life, the formation of adequate theoretical designs and schemes, as well as how and by whom is obtained new knowledge with the reflection of the major problems, along with optimal verified proposals for their solving, are fully dependent on our life in all its manifestations.
