New solutions in manufacturing technology prepregs for panels

The features of production technology prepreg with an asymmetrical sediment fenolofor maldegid binder. The technological characteristics of the prepregs, as well as the dependence of the stickiness of the prepreg temperature for different storage periods. The effect of various ways of introducing a flame retardant dispersed in the binder and the effect of mode of impregnation on the technological characteristics of the prepregs, as well as changing the characteristics of a prepreg during storage. It is shown that the use of prepreg with an asymmetrical sediment binder improves the strength characteristics of sandwich panels in the manufacture of interior panels of aircraft.
