New strategical guidelines in education. «Teacher-student» system’s changing relations

The article deals with new guidelines in education for the epoch of information society. The nature of “teacher-student” system’s changing relations is disclosed. Social progress today is characterized with a knowledge rising role altogether with educational and information ones which are necessary preconditions for individual’s maturing and for public prosperity in the future. Individual’s needs are built into educational goals naturally. In the information society the statuses for a teacher and students are changed qualitatively. New role relations, social relations, forms of students support based on subject-subject liaisons are arisen.
