New anti-gene for new diagnostic reaction to the bovine leukosis

This work describes the obtaining of a new complex anti-gen from proteins of supernatant liquid of line PK cells, contaminated by oncornaviruses tipe C and D, for the diagnosis of bovine leukosis. It is described parameters of setting developed by the authors coupling reaction (agglutination) citrate red blood cells of animals with isolated complex anti-gen. New method of leukemia diagnosis allows efficiently, quickly and cost-effectively identify infected animals.
