On the activities of governments during global crises. Influence COVID-19 at the societal changes in the internal policy

This article describes the main trends in government activity in times of global crises. The time period was not chosen by chance, the activity is analyzed during the coronavirus pandemic, which has become a new challenge for all mankind and a kind of catalyst for the international community to enter the era of “uncertainty”. Thanks to a deep analysis of international experience, we can talk about the existence of a large number of problems and contradictions, which are acquiring completely new forms under the influence of the “coronacrisis”. The current problem of the low level of citizens’ confidence in the actions of governments is becoming even more acute. The public begins to ask questions about the effectiveness of the state apparatus and its need to continue to exist in its current form. It becomes clear that the entire public administration system needs to be improved and transformed in accordance with the requirements of the actors.
