On the factors contributing to the origin of the social problem of "frauded shareholders and investors" (by the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia))

The article presents the results of a sociological study conducted in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) among citizens affected by the failure of developers to fulfill their obligations to transfer apartments. The factors contributing to the emergence of the social problem of «deceived equity holders and depositors» are established, and an assessment is made of the work of the local government and the control authority in the field of shared construction.
