About phytovirological state of cereal crops at Primorsky province

The results of integrated analysis (immunodiagnosis, visual estimation, indicator technique, creation of artificial infectious background, electron microscopy) of cereal crops at Primorsky province on viral infection were presented. The percentage of viral damage of cereal crops at Primorsky province of Russia is low; it is for wheat, barley, rye, oat and maize - 0,22; 0,27; 0,1; 0,22 and 1,3 %, respectively. The number of infected plants on trial plots are at 7-10 folds larger than on economic crops. At collection nurseries the grade of damage of barley plants raised to 14,5 %, but of wheat plants it raised to 7,8 %. At economic crops of barley the most frequently occurring damage is stripe mosaic of leaves (34 % from total quantity of infected plants), on wheat crops it is ordinary mosaic (36 %) and on oat crops - dwarf and rosette of plants with mosaic of leaves.
