This article is devoted to the study of handwritten text in Mongolian writing "Instructions, called the khan's treasury" " 􀇵ᠠᠭ᠋ᠠᠨ ᠤ ᠡᠳ᠋ ᠦᠨ ᠰᠠᠩ ᠨᠡᠷᠡᠲᠦ ᠤ􀅺ᠳ᠋ᠢᠰ ", which is a translation of the Tibetan medical treatise Jetsun Drakpa Gyaltsen (1147–1216) — the third hierarch of the Sakya Tibetan school. The Tibetan original of this work is called Gyalpo-kordzo. The treatise is one of the largest written records of medieval Tibet on the use of various forms of treatment, compiled even before the appearance of the canon of Tibetan medi-cine "Chzhud-shi". The introduction of "Gyalpo-kordzo" into scientific circulation will make it possible to reveal the early layers of medical knowledge in Tibet in general and to comprehend the practical experience of representatives of the Tibetan royal family of Sakya in particular. Our work provides a general description of the features of the manuscript, including the lexical material
