About need of carrying out a research of problems of a regulation and realization of the professional rights of the advocate which are directly not provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation

Purpose: Definition of the further directions of a research of problems of a regulation and realization of the professional rights of the lawyer which are directly not provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Methodology: The formal legal method, the comparative analysis, the standard and dogmatic analysis were used. Results: In article results of earlier conducted researches of problems of a regulation and realization of the professional rights of the lawyer which are directly not provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation are analyzed and conclusions about the maintenance of the further directions of a research of this scientific problem are formulated.
