On Improving the Implementation Efficiency of Educational Potential of Supplementary General Education General Development Programs

This article analyzes the organizational and pedagogical conditions for enhancing the effectiveness of supplementary general education general development programs educational capacity in forming a positive value system and value-based subjectivity in children. The educational value of combining the teachers’, students’, and their parents’ efforts or legal representatives of minor students in selecting an educational program that matches the child’s potential, in developing soft competencies, and in publicly presenting the program results sheds a clearer light on. The wide range of opportunities for the interaction between the key actors in the educational process to shape children’s value system is determined by the children’s supplementary education fundamental inclusion in the sphere of their immediate vital function. The integration of student motivation with parental initiative and teacher professionalism is considered as a crucial organizational and pedagogical condition for the fostering a positive value system in students and their acquisition and acceptance of basic moral, aesthetic, patriotic, and civic values while mastering the supplementary general education general development programs.
