The change of the communicational process basic items definition and its priority over the informational one are considered in the article. As nowadays the problems of text interpretation become the priority in foreign languages teaching special attention should be paid to the two factors: (world)out look of a teacher and students' critical thinking (in Russian scientific school interpretation it is the dialogue nature of consciousness and speech).
