Separate conclusions were made both in various regions of Russia, near and far abroad, and in separately considered districts of the regional center Samara. The dynamics of the average score received and their territorial affiliation for the years 2014 - 2015 are presented. It has been established that the tendency of enrollment of university graduates from the native region to study at the university prevails. Moreover, a third of them live in the regional center, which does not meet the strategic goals of the university.
