Social monitoring in healthcare

The article assesses the role of the scientific method of social monitoring as one of the tools to analyze and evaluate the changing social processes. The features of this method and the phased implementation process are presented descriptively and graphically. The author highlights the features of the use of social monitoring in the healthcare sector analyzing the interaction of medical organizations with patients and presents examples of the implementation of the method in the healthcare sphere.
