About creation of tourism organization in the Russian Federation

Purpose: A research of questions of creation of tourism organization, the constituent document of tourism organization - the charter for determination of its content. Methodology: Historical and legal, sociological and formally legal methods were used. Results: In article the conclusion is drawn that the organization of activity of tourism organization of activity assume the certain sequence of actions including several stages: definition is more whole than activity of the organization; legal form choice; definition of organizational structure of management of tourism organization; development of constituent documents, state registration and organizational registration of the organization. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the scientific value as is one of the first attempts to consider questions of creation of tourism organization, contents of the charter of tourism organization in the Russian Federation.
