About foreign and domestic experience of research of jewelery of the Sakha people

Yakut national jewelry has various types and types in its structure.The article provides information about the research on Yakut jewelry, conducted by foreign and domestic researchers. The author conveys a description of jewelry, constructive and decorative features of Yakut clothing, compares Russian, Yakut and Tungus costumes. The main directions of research that were of interest to ethnographers are established.
