On one method of studying controlled dynamic systems

The article presents a method of studying controlled dynamic systems, including linearization of the model in the neighborhood of the basic motion, verification of the obtained linear model on complete controllability, and solution of the optimal control task for the return of the perturbed motion to the basic motion. This task is covered both in the class of program control and positional control, including a game situation.
