On optimal control over heating of buildings as a distributed-parameter process

The problem of optimal control over thermal conditions of the heated buildings is concerned. The necessary conditions of optimality formulated in the maximum principle are obtained. The computational aspects are analyzed and the way of approximate implementation of optimal control is stated.
