About control of a second-order system in resistant environment

The problem of energy expenditure minimizing for an object whose motion in resistant environment is described by linear second-order differential equation is investigated. The equation is assumed modulo limited. Minimal functional value, phase paths and optimal control are determined in analytic form. The illustrative examples are provides.
