Designation and expression of the key emotional concepts in the novel “Leutnant Gustl” by Arthur Sсhnitzler

The article deals with the key emotional concepts in the novel “Leutnant Gustl” by the Austrian writer of the XXth century - “fear”, “anguish of mind”, “shame”, “despair” and “self pity”. The status of the key concepts is conditioned by the writer’s theme of the work. The explication of these concepts in the novel is a dominant way of their verbalization.
