The Educational Environment of a Creative University as a Factor in the Formation of the Civil Position of Future Specialists

The article substantiates the need to study the essence and specifics of the educational environment of a creative university as a significant factor in the formation of the civic position of future specialists. The author presents a definition of the concept of "the civic position of a future specialist" and describes its leading structural components: cognitive, emotional-value, and reflexive. Taking into account the systemic approach and specific methodological principles (axiological, personality-oriented, and dialogical), the article examines the socio-pedagogical functions of the educational environment of a creative university. The analysis of the set of socio-pedagogical conditions focused on the formation of the civic position of future specialists is based on the activities of the Department of Pedagogical Theory and Practice of Social and Cultural Activities at the Moscow State Institute of Culture. The article concludes that it is important to take into account the specific features of the technological component of the educational environment of a creative university, which includes interactive forms and methods of teaching.
