The educational potential of modern siberian countryside (using the example of the Krasnoyarsk territory)

The paper estimates the quality of the educational potential of modern countryside using the example of the Krasnoyarsk Territory as a typical Siberian region. Based on the comparison of the results of population censuses of 1989 and 2010, the paper reveals some changes in the potential formation in the post-soviet period. The author evaluates the potential analyzing the educational structures of rural population in accordance with the gender-age data. The author draws a conclusion that there is a reduction of the potential growth rate, its low quality and incompatibility with to-day requirements.
