The article deals with the analysis of the structure and functions of the digital educational environment in the non-linguistic university and the optimal conditions of the development of the foreign language communicative and profile competencies by the means of the digital educational resources. There are considered the levels and ways of the actualization of the components of the foreign language communicative and profile competencies in the non-linguistic university as the result of the traditional and innovative activities of the students at the foreign language.
