Digital multimodal texts have become a common communication format in various fields of human activity. The ability to competently create texts of this type allows you to convey the content most fully and vividly, to present information in a form convenient for perception and memorization. Digital multimodal texts have a high methodological potential due to their hypertextuality, interactivity and multimodality and are increasingly being used in education. Foreign Language in the postgraduate program of a non-linguistic university provides opportunities for studying and applying the principles and stages of creating digital multimodal texts for various purposes, such as academic, scientific and pedagogical activities. It is advisable to teach how to create digital multimodal texts according to the developed algorithm, which takes into account the goals and objectives of the text, the character-istics of the consumer of a multimodal product, as well as the principles of multimodal learning.
