The review of the methodological works of teaching the Chinese students of listening at the Russian language based on the CNKI database

The purpose of the study is to describe the situation and history of teaching Russian listening in China, to analyze the published scientific articles for more than fifty years to identify the directions and trends in this area. The research reveals the dynamics of teaching Russian listening in China. There are revealed the areas 1) that require deeper research; 2) that are becoming increasingly important; and 3) that need to be strengthened. As well as the problems are outlined in the research of this area, there are offered the recommendations for their solution, the most promising directions are indicated for further research.
