Review of development trends in the oil industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan

This article provides an overview of the trends in the development of the oil industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Taking into account global trends and rising oil prices, the oil and gas industry continues to play an important role in the economy of Kazakhstan. Over the past decades, Kazakhstan, like most countries of the world, has begun to pay more attention to increasing oil production, exporting more than 80% of the total volume of oil produced in order to ensure sustainable economic development.
