Using Synergy University as a case study, an analysis of key indicators characterizing the level of investment attractiveness is conducted. The main factors influencing its formation are identified, and ways to enhance investment attractiveness are outlined, including diversification of income sources, strengthening human capital, and digitalization of the educational environment.
