This article examines the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), a region rich in mineral and raw material resources. The aim of the study is to assess the republic's investment attractiveness using key economic indicators. The study identified a number of positive factors: the republic's gross regional product (GRP) accounts for the largest share - 23% of the total GRP of the Far Eastern Federal District, demonstrating steady growth in domestic production. A significant factor in the republic's dynamic development is its high level of investment in fixed assets. Investments in 2024 amounted to 752.8 billion rubles, 62.8% of which were spent on the construction of buildings and structures. As of 2021, there was also a positive foreign trade balance due to a significant increase in commodity exports. Based on the study's findings, recommendations were proposed for increasing investment attractiveness, including improving tax policy, diversifying the production structure, and stimulating investment from CIS countries.
