Quality assessment of the organization and implementation of educational activities on the actualization of joint educational programs in higher education (Russian and international experience)

The article examines and analyzes the peculiarities of Russian and international regulation of educational activities on the implementation of joint (network) higher education programs in terms of assessing the quality of conditions for their implementation and the quality of students' training. The paper presents a comparative analysis of normative legal acts of educational legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the organization of joint educational programs. The main parameters and criteria of accreditation examination of such programs according to Russian federal state educational standards and Kazakh standards of international accreditation of joint educational program of higher education, which are based on the European approach to quality assurance of joint programs, are highlighted. The main points of control and supervisory activities are described, to which it is necessary to pay attention to educational organizations of higher education participating in the implementation of joint educational programs of higher education. The authors' analytical conclusions are presented based on their expertise in the field of higher education. The research methods used are the analysis of the scientific literature on the declared topic, the study and analysis of documents, comparative studies.
