With application of the mathematic statistics the article substantiates the efficiency of implementation of the author's original complex of organizational educational conditions for engineers' training based on the competence approach. The author distinguishes levels of the students' ability to employ the acquired knowledge in solution of the vocational technical tasks on the stage of major subjects' study.
