Assessment of human resourcing of educational institutions in the context of testing of the federal state educational standard of elementary general education

The article is based on the data of the monitoring conducted in 2016 assessing the challenges of implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard for children with disabilities in educational institutions adopting customized general educational programs for children. The authors discuss the human resourcing of educational institutions and the key issues related to the shortage and/or insufficient training of teachers.
