The analysis of social order to school is in the current time a basis for the public participation introduction in the assessment of an educational establishment. The system of criteria for arranging «The public assessment» may be formed on basis of the special work with parents and representatives of other public groups. The article describes the research of parents opinion about the school assessment criteria which became basis for the development the additional indicators in rating the educational establishments in Otradny branch of the Education and Science Department in Samara oblast.
