The assessment of reserves and directions of production time economy in processes of resource saving of an enterprise

The article is devoted to the evaluation of reserves of production time loss reduction in the area of resource saving at enterprises. This paper analyzes the activities of companies in terms of production cutback under the influence of a crisis. An indexed-factor analysis of labor productivity is conducted, production time loss is estimated. The presented algorithm of estimation of losses and the directions of their reduction is based on the TPS concept, besides the specificity of the enterprise activity is taken into consideration. The authors propose to integrate a project-process concept of resource saving into an enterprise management system that will enable to activate the tools of lean production and consider national traditions during the introduction and adaptation of such systems.
