Assessment the endothelia state at patients with renal chronic disease receiving treatment by program hemodialysis

Data on endothelia function state at patients with chronic renal disease at 5 stage receiving treatment by program hemodialysis are presented in article. Complex biochemical, immunofermental and instrumental examination of patients is conducted. It is revealed that actually procedure of hemodialysis has no impact on endothelia state. Against carrying out renal replacement therapy the method of program hemodialysis observes improvement of reserve opportunities of microcirculatory blood flow which remain stable and in 6 months.
