The assessment of technical level and the trends in the development of new areas for the development of equipment for grain sampling

The results of patent researches and the assessment of technological level and tendencies of the development of new technical offers on modernization of processing equipment for sampling of grain are given in the study, i.e. cultural to a basis of the creation of structural and logical schemes of the analysis of technical novelty of inventions. The modernization of the design of samplers is directed on the performance of additional technical requirements developed as a result of studying the operation and the assessment of technical level in the series of let-out samplers and executed patent researches on the information base of Russia and abroad. The samplers of grain are used by special services for the assessment of the quality of grain and are to have such technical characteristics which will give the possibilities to the sample taken from any volume from the consignment of the grain which arrived for storage and being stored, to estimate the condition of the party in many parameters: color and smell; weight in unit of volume; humidity and vitreous; wreckers contamination; characteristics of the gluten, to find out availability of impurity of other cultures and litter. Grain passes radiological control, it check for the content of toxins and microtoxins, residual trace of pesticides. Objectivity and correctness of the assessment of the quality of grain depend on technical devices for grain selection. In this regard, the development of new designs of samplers is actively engaged in many research teams and in recent years a number of original devices for automatic sampling from the bodies of cars, railway cars, river and sea grain-transporting barges and other large-sized vehicles have been developed and put into mass production. The main problem is now the development of small-sized figurative grain samplers which can provide sampling at small parties of storage of grain in hard-to-reach spots and in the rooms, small-sized in volumes. It is developed structural and logical scheme of the main requirements to the design of new universal technical devices for sampling of grain on the basis of the analysis of technical characteristics collected when carrying out patent researches on Russian and international databases.
