Online courses as a means of improving the quality of language teaching in the context of digitalization of education

The article analyzes the integration of online courses into the educational process as a response to the digitalization of modern education. The relevance of the research is determined by the special role of digital and media resources in improving the quality of teaching foreign languages in a remote format. The analysis of resources, means and services of distance learning used in the process of improving linguistic competence among students of language specialties is presented. The advantages and main qualities of online courses as a way to improve the linguistic competence of students are shown. The methods and algorithm of linguistic competence formation are described, the types of tasks that contribute to better perception and consolidation of language material are presented. The connection between the inclusion of interactive resources and applications, as well as multimedia materials in the educational process and an increase in the degree of involvement of students in the process of studying the material and improving the quality of assimilation of this material is revealed. The various forms of activation of speech skills and improving the effectiveness of training with the help of tasks aimed at independent work are analyzed.
