Online-service as a tool for the development of reading competence of students

In this article an attempt is made to discuss the problems, which arise in the modern informational world, due to a low level of reading competence, which is one of the key competences determining social progress. The author presents a project, which has implications for the formation and development of reading competence for students studying foreign languages at Perm State University.
