The article uses an optimal and effective method for determining the resource requirements for maintenance materials for car service stations, depending on the region (Southern, Volga, and Far Eastern Federal Districts), in order to use it in logistics systems for material and technical supply. This has significantly improved the efficiency of car service stations and customer satisfaction. Further adaptation of the chosen method to local conditions will ensure reliable and high-quality car maintenance in the future, which will increase their competitiveness in the market.
